Please put a check next to the following statements to signify your agreement.

[INSTRUCTOR] releases and covenants not to sue Kula for Karma, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kula for Karma, its directors and officers, from and against any all costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), liabilities and claims arising from any injury to persons or damage to property to the extent caused by INSTRUCTOR’S negligent acts or omissions or willful misconduct while performing services for Kula for Karma.

Please upload a copy of your 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification.

ADDITIONAL APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. 200 Hour YTT Certificate - If you did not attach a copy of your 200 Hour YTT Certificate to your application, please email a copy along with any other relevant training certificates to penni@kulaforkarma.org

2. Policies and Procedures - Complete the  Kula for Karma Policies and Procedures  form.  

3. Resume - Send a copy of your resume that includes your yoga teaching experience to penni@kulaforkarma.org.

4. Demo - A program director will contact you to set up a mini practice (15 mins or less) via Zoom.  This should include 1 breathing practice, 1 meditation,1 mantra, and a series of asana.

5. Liability Insurance - Once you have been hired to teach for Kula for Karma, you will need an active liability insurance policy with Kula for Karma named as an additional insured, appearing on the certificate as:
