Kula for Karma is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of New Jersey to provide yoga instruction to individuals in challenging life circumstances.

I verify that the above information is true to the best of my knowledge. I agree that my name and likeness may be used by Kula for Karma in its promotional materials.

[INSTRUCTOR] acknowledges that he/she has reviewed the “Policies and Procedures ” document and agrees to abide by the expectations set forth in the document.

From time to time, Kula for Karma may take a photograph and publish it for the purpose relating to the organization. [INSTRUCTOR] consent’s to his/her picture being used for such purposes and understands that his/her name may be used.

[INSTRUCTOR] releases and covenants not to sue Kula for Karma, and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kula for Karma, its directors and officers, from and against any all costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), liabilities and claims arising from any injury to persons or damage to property to the extent caused by INSTRUCTOR’S negligent acts or omissions or willful misconduct while performing services for Kula for Karma.

3. Resume with yoga teaching experience

4. A Program Director will reach out to schedule a brief Zoom demonstration (15 minutes or less), which will include:

One breathing practice
One mindfulness/meditation
A short asana sequence

The demo will be designed to reflect trauma-informed principles, with a focus on creating safety, choice, and accessibility for vulnerable populations.
